This website is intended for use by multi-media music professionals.  It is not an e-retail outlet for music.  The music on this site is available for license for placement in film, television, and other media outlets.  By purchasing and downloading content from this site, you are agreeing to the terms of our license agreement, which will be displayed prior to each download.  Following purchase and download, please e-mail Figure-9 through our contact page with the details of your intended placement.  We reserve the right to rescind any license pending artist's approval within a 24 hour period.  This is to ensure that the artist(s) have no conflict of interest with the nature of intended placement.  Thank you.
